Maddie Hepner draws heavy inspiration from Homi K. Bhabha’s Third Space Theory, her show Breathing Someone Else’s Air investigates and portrays the feelings behind being physically and mentally distanced from two separate countries–one of nationality and the other residence - the United States and Australia.
